Frequently Asked Questions
Additionally, we believe that interviews not only provide a chance for the Hiring Team to assess if an individual is a right fit for a position and our culture, they also allow individuals to assess if the position and our culture is a right fit for them. Take some time to research Watkins Wellness, including our brands and culture and feel free to review the backgrounds of the people that you will be meeting and interviewing with (LinkedIn is great for this). Come to the interview with questions of your own.
If an interview is scheduled over Microsoft Teams, it is expected that all participants arrive with their camera on, unless stated otherwise. Candidates should ensure that they are in a quiet place, without distraction, and have a professional appearance. Background filters are perfectly acceptable.
