I bring more than 25 years of experience leading global operations and supply chain organizations across medical devices, automotive, industrial, and electronics. Before joining Watkins Wellness, I served as Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain for Dover's international operations and held senior leadership roles at Dover, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and other global manufacturers. A highlight of my career has been creating self-sustaining cultures of operational excellence that enhance plant performance, open new market opportunities, and earn industry recognition.

I currently serve as Vice Preseident of Operations. In this role, I oversee manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement across our sites. My focus is operational excellence, scalability, and building strong, high-performance teams that deliver consistently for our customers. I believe disciplined execution, shared accountability, and collaboration are the foundations of long-term success.

Life outside of work is centered on family. I am a family man with a passion for operational excellence who has been blessed with an exciting and rewarding career in manufacturing operations, leading teams around the world.
