Having spent nearly two decades at Watkins Wellness, I feel most at home in places that demonstrate an extraordinary focus on the customer and genuine care for people. Long before stepping into this role, I admired our team’s purpose and integrity. Today, as President of Watkins Wellness, I feel fortunate and grateful to be part of a company that truly embraces that mindset.
I began my Watkins journey in 2006 as a Regional Sales Manager in Pennsylvania. Since then, I have served in roles across the business including Business Development Manager, Senior International Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales North America, and Vice President of Marketing North America. I later served as Executive Vice President, leading commercial functions and corporate strategic planning. These experiences, together with our partnerships across a global dealer network, gave me a deep appreciation for our customers and markets.
There are many things that excite and energize me about our future. The spirit of our company is special. Our purpose to enrich lives through hot water and aquatic exercise has never been more important. What excites me most is that the people here think big, get things done, and have fun in each other’s company. I believe openness, healthy challenge, and supporting one another are key to realizing our goals, and I remain committed to the values we call The Watkins Way.
I am honored to build on the strong foundation created by VJ Teenarsipur and Steve Hammock, and I look forward to the continued Ripple Effect we create for our customers, retailers, and communities.
Outside of work, life is lively with my wife and our two children. We love traveling, and most weekends you can find me on a football field, baseball diamond, volleyball court, or swim deck somewhere in sunny San Diego.
