As Vice President of People and Culture, I am responsible for leading People and Culture/Human Resources teams globally. My team develops strategy and solutions in areas such as talent acquisition, development, compensation, and employee wellness. We partner with leadership enterprise-wide to maximize the success of our organization, drive towards achieving our business initiatives, and most importantly, ensure that our employees thrive.

I have spent most of my career working in management roles in Human Resources for large international companies in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada in the Aerospace, Healthcare, and Medical Device industries. I hold an MBA in Global Management from ASU – Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad de las Americas Puebla.

I am passionate about driving talent development solutions and diversity and inclusion, and I believe that showing our employees we truly care about their well-being is crucial. To that end, my team strives to provide a vibrant culture and excellent work atmosphere, a safe workplace, and the right resources and opportunities for our employees to learn and grow, both as people and as professionals.

One of the reasons I joined Watkins Wellness is because I see a strong alignment between our Watkins Way values and my own personal values; respect, honesty and inclusion are central to our company culture and to my personal life and relationships with others. I am a firm believer that each and every employee within the organization, regardless of job title, is an important part of our overall success as a company. Acknowledging and valuing every employee’s role in helping Watkins Wellness meet its goals is a critical part of Who We Are and What We Do.

On a personal note, I am originally from Mexico. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family. My husband and son and I are always dancing!
