I have spent my career working for international companies in all facets of operations and supply chain management, including planning, strategic sourcing and procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and service. Managing sites in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC has allowed me to see the importance of both diversity and a global mindset when approaching new opportunities and building international networks.
In being exposed to the different operations functions throughout my career, I found my passion in helping organizations and their employees thrive, bringing customer delight, and giving back to the community. I enjoy identifying and seizing process improvement opportunities to strengthen operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team accountability, which improves both the capabilities of our associates and the competitiveness of our product in the marketplace.
Since joining Watkins Wellness in early 2023 as Sr. Vice President, Operations & Quality, I have overseen our engineering functions and all aspects of our manufacturing operations, including production quality, supply chain, logistics, and inventory for our factories in California and Mexico. I drive a high-performing, collaborative, and ethical culture of productivity with an emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, cost reduction, and talent.
