As the Director of Talent Acquisition, Gustavo oversees all hiring for Watkins Wellness in the U.S. and international locations. He brings experience across technology and manufacturing, with a people-first approach focused on data-driven decision making and creating positive candidate experiences. When not at work, Gustavo enjoys staying active, exploring new technology trends and spending time with family and friends.

Angela Macaraeg

In her role as Talent Acquisition Business Partner Manager, Angela is a rockstar Talent Acquisition Professional. Having joined Watkins Wellness in 2020, she is an expert in matching people to their next potential career opportunity and is dedicated to providing a positive candidate experience. When not at work,  Angela enjoys spending time with her family and friends, local hikes with dog, and tending to her garden.


Leslye Rendon​​​

Leslye joined Watkins Wellness in 2022 and is passionate about creating a positive and engaging hiring experience for everyone involved. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, she works closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong partnerships, and connect them with talent that helps their teams thrive. Leslye values candidate experience as a core part of her work and strives to ensure every interaction feels clear, engaging, and human. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and taking on DIY home projects.

Application Review
Our Talent Acquisition Team will review your profile and application, and if you are a match to move forward, they will schedule an interview.
Interview
If you are selected to move forward in the interview process, you will meet with the hiring manager and other members of the team. ​​​​​​​
Job Offer
If the interview panel and hiring manager determine that you are the best fit for the position and our culture, we will extend an offer for employment to you.

Pre-employment Screening
Once you accept your offer, our Talent Acquisition Team will partner with you to schedule the required pre-employment screenings which include conducting a background check and scheduling a drug screen.  Some positions require a pre-employment physical as well. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Onboarding
Our Team will work with you to begin your onboarding to ensure that you have a smooth transition into Watkins Wellness, your new team, and your new position.
