I have spent my entire life in the Philadelphia area. I graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a degree in finance and later received a graduate degree in theology from Villanova.
Early in my career, I spent four years working as a middle school teacher in west Philadelphia. I tie much of my leadership style back to my time as a teacher; now, in my role as General Manager of Endless Pools, I derive a lot of satisfaction from facilitating, empowering people to do what they do well, and seeing other people excelling.
I joined Endless Pools nearly 30 years ago to start the customer service department. I spent many years in service, before transitioning to Sales in 2015, and then into my current role in 2018. As GM, I am responsible for the Endless Pools brand and our business based in Aston, Pennsylvania, in addition to overseeing all Endless Pools Commercial activities.
I’m passionate about what I do because of the mental, physical, and emotional benefits of the products we make. It’s gratifying to be a part of helping people feel good about themselves, especially when done alongside a great team. Over time, the Endless Pools team has become like family. I aspire to be very connected to our people and cherish the relationships I’ve built.
All of our Endless Pools Core Tenets and many of the Watkins Way values resonate with me, but some that stand out most are passion, creative problem-solving, and, most of all, empathy. Having spent the core of my career in customer service, I know the importance of empathizing with the customer experience and creating an environment in which people can thrive.
On a personal note, I have been married for 30 years and have three daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy playing and listening to music, distance running, and Philadelphia sports.
