Employee Forum

Masco Support Services hosts an Employee Forum each year with a group of diverse employees from across the company.
Employees meet with management in a smaller group setting to discuss what’s going on in the business, which provides employees an opportunity to offer suggestions and solutions on how we can improve in different areas of our organization.
