Focusing on building up our international business, we are searching at the earliest possible time for a high-performing Sales Executive in the position of VICE PRESIDENT SALES INTERNATIONAL.

Your Tasks:

●  Develop and implement sales strategy in close cooperation with marketing in established and emerging markets

●  Ensuring the execution on specific strategic targets, especially turnover and market share targets in defined markets and sales channels

●  Lead, inspire and motivate the sales organization by strong leadership skills

●  Create growth and consistent value for the HÜPPE Group

●  Develop the organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department’s goals

●  Establish and facilitate close working relationships with key customers

●  Provide leadership support to Country Managers to maximize opportunities within their market

●  Coordination of international purchasing groups and customers

●  Responsibility for and supervision of Key Accounts

●  Drive accountability within Sales through CRM and reporting tools

Job Requirements

Your Profile:

●  University Degree, preferably Masters‘ Degree in Business or a related study

●  At least 8-10 years international management sales experience, preferably in corporate and middle sized companies

●  English, and ideally German to commercial standards fluently – any other foreign language as an advantage

●  General willingness to travel globally

●  Strong analytical and technical skills, as well as convincing negotiation skills

●  Social and intercultural competence with strong influencing and communication skills

●  Solution oriented thinking and enabler

●  Ethical and entrepreneurial thinking
