Kichler Lighting, LLC is seeking an experienced Vice President, Information Technology.  As an executive level position, this role will have the overall responsibility for the Information Technology for the entire organization and report directly to the President of Kichler.  This person directs both the strategic and tactical systems and initiatives to support the information systems requirements of the enterprise.  Additionally, this person directs all functional groups within the IT department providing information services to the organization.  As part of the executive leadership team, this person will interface with the executive team to plan the organization’s short term and long term information technology strategies.    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees management of data center, production scheduling, Help desk communication networks (voice and data), and computer operations
  • Directs the maintenance and support of all electronic and computerized systems, information processing and communications systems
  • Sets direction for all information processing and communication systems and operations
  • Provides leadership in the day-to-day operations of the information services functions
  • Establishes and manages IT Budget
  • Routinely meets with c-level executives in the organization and may interface directly with customers on technology and process systems
  • Maintain uptime of all infrastructures and business systems
  • Support business systems and technology users
  • Ensure IT priorities are aligned with the business needs

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing/ distribution
  • Familiar with P21, Cisco, Microsoft
  • Leadership experience in companies of $500M or higher
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience working as a leader in information technology; preferably a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience
