This is a remote / work from home position with frequent travel.


Responsible for the planning, development and delivery of training for internal and external audiences. Responsible for learning activities including the creation of courses, support materials, on-line modules and other materials.


  • Coordinate, develop and deliver training curriculum to support new product introductions and product training programs to both internal and all channel external audiences.
  • Partner with Masco Cabinetry Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Sales and Marketing Trainers to design and develop innovative instructional materials.
  • Maintain the materials for the above mentioned programs and post to appropriate learning hubs and/or web sites.
  • Develop and maintain evaluation strategies and administer written and practical exams for internal and external audiences to assess training programs.
  • Track learning plans within the Masco LMS across all training programs.
  • Function within the Training Team to plan, develop, and coordinate training as required.
  • Stay informed of key competitor product lines and competitive new product introductions.
  • Apply adult learning theories, instructional design strategies, and learning style approaches that are appropriate to support course objectives.


  • College degree in business, communication, instructional design or related field and/or 5 years related experience (sales, marketing and/or corporate training experience).
  • Work experience in the kitchen and bath industry
  • Ability to conduct trainings via GoToWebinar and/or Live Meeting.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), Camtasia, Articulate, SalesForce and Cornerstone with an interest and ability to learn new technical software as needed.
  • Knowledge and ability to use other computer software as identified (Lectora, Captivate, Captiva, ISpring, Adobe Suite, 2020, and others)
  • Exceptional administrative, organizational, communication and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated project management, multi-tasking, analytical thinking, and planning skills with a deadline orientation and focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and with external customers.
  • The passion, energy and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, time driven environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and interact with SME’s, and project and training staff.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to convert complex content into clear easy-to-understand instructional material.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.


  • Knowledge and experience in kitchen and bath design using 2020 design software
  • Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) through the NKBA.
