  • Safety Inspections – Safety Committee
  • Scan in all Inspections, Audits, Hot work permits, etc.
  • SDS scan if not already into ACTIO
  • Training sign off updates
  • Vendor Contractors - ASAP
  • Post Hot Jobs from corporate

Monthly Task

  • Fire Extinguisher Inspection (DC & MFG)
  • SOP/JHA Review – First week of the month
  • Annual Safety Training / Prep.
  • Glass Wall Posting Production Reports  (Safety Review, Employee Birthday & Anniversary, BBS & Housekeeping)
  • Facility Meeting / Minutes
  • Monthly Safety topic (email presenter with topic articles)
  • Monthly Survey/At-A-Behr Drawings
  • Safety Committee Participation / Minutes
  • Corporate Safety Call
  • Vendor Contractors - ASAP
  • Share point Corp matrix update / Safety documents
  • Internal Audits (ISO / OHSAS) (print and assign to auditors)
  • Masco Sustainability Intelligence/Environmental invoices (logged and scanned) 

Occasional Task

  • PIV classroom instruction
  • New Hire safety handbook instruction
  • New Hire plant tours/evacuation
  • Update Emergency Roster/Training matrix when employees join/leave employment
