As the Intern, Training & Events, you will play a critical part in growing advocacy for the Brizo®, Delta® and Peerless® brands. You will assist us in implementing educational programs and activities that develop knowledgeable sales partners and lasting customer relationships. This is a rare opportunity to impact two different areas of the marketing sector of a $1B+ business within the dynamic kitchen & bath industry.


In this position, you will gain behind-the-scenes awareness of all that goes into sales training and customer-focused events by:

  • Assisting our group with the development and implementation of training activities and programs
  • Handling surveys and database information, including input and reporting
  • Maintaining training tools and equipment; ordering educational aids and materials as needed
  • Participating in customer training events in a variety of roles, from preparation to presentation
  • Researching and sharing new training methods and techniques

Education & Experience:

We need you to possess the following characteristics and skillsets:

  • Completion of sophomore year in an accredited college baccalaureate program by June 2020
  • Interest in adult learning methodologies – instructor-led and online
  • Interest in event preparation, execution and measurement
  • Detailed, organized and willing to take action
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments at once
  • Attentive to the needs of a multifaceted team and adaptable to various personality traits
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the aptitude to present ideas (with the possibility of delivering instructional content)
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs

This internship starts in May 2020, 40 hours a week during the summer time frame and continues into the Fall semester working 15-20 hours a week.
