The Talent Partner, Operations position works closely with functional leaders across the business to develop and implement HR strategy and initiatives that support the client groups in delivering on their business commitments. Leveraging their knowledge of the business and their respective functions, incumbents play a critical role is setting the company’s HR strategy and priorities. The position is accountable for driving the talent management system within its respective client groups, with a focus on leadership, performance development, organizational development, workforce planning.

Reporting to the HR Director of Talent Strategy


  • Act as key partner to Vice Presidents of assigned functions, driving the functional people strategy
  • Partner with leaders to design and create the organization that will deliver business success; proactively challenging the established organizational design to drive superior performance.
  • Work with the function leadership team to define the organizational development needs, design and facilitate solutions.
  • Lead smooth organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies.
  • Serve as the company-wide HR Lead for specific components of the Talent Management Framework
  • Help shape the company culture and align to business strategy through supporting and coaching Senior Leaders.
  • Define, build, and launch scalable solutions that are grounded in data
  • Lead projects from discovery and design through to completion - develop the project plan, lead all the meetings, and drive to results
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate people programs and processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible (i.e., Org design, talent strategies, recruiting efficiencies, etc)
  • Develop and execute resourcing and talent strategy for function that ensures we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Interpret data insightfully and generate original insights for strategic talent priorities.
  • Anticipate and respond to changing business needs and Influence lasting change in assigned functions by serving as a change advocate.


  • BA/BS in Human Resources, business administration or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of management consulting or HR Business Partner role experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations functions (e.g. - Production/Quality/Supply Chain)
  • Experience in leading/ project management of talent related HR fields: organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, & workforce planning
  • 10%-20% travel


  • Experience working in a matrix environment
  • Experience in utilizing project management techniques and skills
