Delta Faucet Company has an exciting opportunity for a strategic talent acquisition professional to join our Indianapolis corporate human resources team. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing on the overall talent acquisition and hiring strategy for the organization to ensure Delta Faucet Company is able to hire the best talent. This role is also responsible for proactively sourcing and developing networks of viable potential candidates to support organizational strategies, initiatives and growth.

Nature & Scope:

  • Develop and implement company talent strategies to attract, grow, develop, and retain top talent throughout the organization
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for global talent acquisition initiatives
  • Network and develop relationships with candidates and organizations to provide future talent
  • Provide opportunities for DFC to engage with diverse candidates and be able to market the organization

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develop talent acquisition and hiring strategies, practices and process for DFC
  • Develop relationships with business leaders to understand future talent needs of organization
  • Lead recruitment efforts for salaried employees across the domestic organization, including screening, interviewing, offer management, background verifications
  • Seek out new opportunities to source candidates (ie social recruitment, new tools…)
  • Own relationship with vendors for outsourcing of recruitment
  • Network and develop relationships with candidates and organizations to provide future talent for the organization
  • Develop relationships with networks to expand DFC’s presence with diverse candidates
  • Oversee and execute mobility/relocation policies and programs
  • Execute on assessment tools used during hiring process
  • Work with Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to ensure all talent messaging accurately and consistently portrays DFC values and themes

Education and Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and five or more years of related talent acquisition experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Social recruiting tools experience very beneficial
  • Applicant Tracking System experience required
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including the ability to influence and maintain confidentiality
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and a bias for action
  • Superior interpersonal abilities, including the ability to get along with diverse personalities, while being tactful, mature and flexible
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to manage metrics and make process improvement based upon those metrics
