Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs hands-on digital development activities utilizing a wide variety of available technologies and platforms.
  • Experienced developing with a variety of tools including but not limited to HTML, XML, Java, Drupal.
  • Ability and drive to expand skills developing in new tools as needed.
  • Actively participates in building a strategic vision and technology roadmap that aligns with and supports our ability to achieve our organizations digital goals and objectives.
  • Ensures that our digital roadmap crosses multiple layers from motivation and strategic to business requirements to application and infrastructure.
  • Balances strategic concepts with pragmatic operations execution and sustainability.
  • Adapts and solves challenges from a business and a technology perspective.
  • Leverages customer experiences as a source to transform the business, drive revenue and profitability and improve competitive position.
  • Routinely researches emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels across the organization.
  • Works collaboratively across the entire IT organization.
  • Consistently develops and executes to project plans that are comprehensive and cross-functional, resulting in an ever-increasing high level of on-time delivery.
  • Possesses a continuous improvement mindset and proactively looks for opportunities to increase efficiencies, refine processes and cut costs.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with ease, and able to maintain a level demeanor when working under pressure.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred.  Five to Ten years of relevant work experience in Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience leading a team of people.
