Responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

  • Coordinate and assign packing line work, while working alongside Filling Team, to ensure quality finished goods
  • Independently  provide guidance, training, feedback and annual performance reviews to Filling Team
  • Work closely with other departments such as Maintenance and Quality
  • Ensure SOPs and Safety Procedures are followed by Filling Team
  • Maintain a safe working environment, including housekeeping

Your Experience Includes:

  • Working Supervisor experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, with great communication skills
  • Computer savvy, with knowledge of MS Office Suites
  • Minimum educations of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfortable working on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day in a non-air conditioned environment
