Supply Chain Specialist

As a member of our Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain Specialist  is responsible for and monitoring Distribution Center Inventory levels to ensure and maintain an appropriate finished goods stock as well as assisting with production planning for our facilities.

If YOU are:

  • An Excel Super –User (large data files, pivot tables, V-Lookup.)
  • Experienced in SAP preferred (Any ERP experience a plus)
  • Attention to Detail focused
  • Driven to serve and deliver on commitments, you don’t do broken promises
  • A supply chain professional with 5 plus years experience
  • A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management
  • APICS CPIM Certified or prepared to complete certification within 3 years of hire ( company sponsored certification plan available)
  • Then YOU will:

  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Distribution and Supply Chain to insure perpetual inventory system is timely and accurate.
  • Manage and monitor Distribution Center Inventory levels to maintain appropriate Finished Goods stock to ensure 100% Fill Rate (right product, at the right time, at the right DC). Which may include working with production scheduler to address shortages.
  • Maintain Master Data in SAP in the areas of Material Master, Bill of Materials
  • Work with production and quality departments and suppliers to resolve any quality non-conformances.
  • Monitor and report on rework inventory.  Track current balance, volume received, volume reprocessed and work with Quality department to insure batch control is maintained.
