As a Supply Chain Service Analyst within Delta Faucet Company, you will interact with cross functional teams to identify and implement improvements allowing us to exceed our customer expectations from a delivery and overall service standpoint.   

Service Management

  • Facilitate cross functional meetings to ensure sustainment and progress towards service-related goals.
  • Identify root causes and develop and implement countermeasures related to service-related performance issues.
  • Collaborate in cross functional teams to implement customer collaboration initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively to align inventory system controls to service goals and initiatives.
  • Partner with sales, product management, supply planning, and demand planning to proactively identify and address improvement opportunities.
  • Optimize customer compliance by developing reports and tools to monitor customer input (demand) and compare to the daily, weekly and monthly forecast
  • Further enhance service reporting capability as necessary using various tools (MS Access, SAP queries, Power BI).

Project Management: 

  • Lead the ideation, resource planning, and deployment of service initiatives to ensure world class performance to our customer base. 
  • Identify key barriers/core problems and apply problem solving techniques in order to deal creatively with complex situations.  
  • Make decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results. 
  • Independently perform assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determine and develop an approach to solutions. Receive technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues. 
  • Oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contribute to employees' professional development while not having direct management responsibility.  

Education & Experience: 

As an interested individual, you should have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (required), preferred focus in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems. 
  • 3+ years’ experience in related field with demonstrated experience with process optimization. 
  • Able to develop systematic processes to recreate complex analyses for frequent monitoring of various business conditions. Advanced use of SAP (or equivalent ERP), Microsoft Power BI / Tableau, and Microsoft Access / Excel.  
  • Excellent data analytical skills and use of continuous improvement tools 
  • Strong communication and networking skills dealing with all functions and levels of the organization. 
  • Works effectively with a wide number of functional areas. Able to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based environment.
