Milgard Windows’ Chandler, Arizona Service Center is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Service Tech’s and Deliver personnel and handling customer inquiries.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety of personnel and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
  • Interview, hire, discipline, evaluate and train employees
  • Able to motivate employees to achieve results.
  • Coach and advise employees

Viable candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of supervisor experience, 3 years of customer service experience and the ability to oversee a location with 20 employees with little supervision.
