Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a dealer channel Strategy Manager, at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

Responsible for making Masco Cabinetry’s brands the brands of choice for customers and kitchen designers in our dealer channel.


  • Maximize brand share within the channel by driving 1) designer engagement 2) showroom excellence 3) identifying and executing programs that drive performance.
  • Partner customers to expand their business as well as Masco Cabinetry’s share.
  • Design and execute market research and data analytics to answer critical channel questions and make fact-based decisions. 
  • Collaborate with customers, internal sales team, and brand team to develop channel strategy. Translate strategy into actionable plans, projects, and programs. 
  • Measure and optimize return on investment for plans, projects, and programs.
  • Develop and implement a holistic designer education and engagement program that leverages all available touch points – including training and other event based programs, sales calls, and digital opportunities.
  • Maximize brand impact within the channel by developing and driving a comprehensive showroom strategy.
  • Develop, measure, and drive critical KPI’s, not limited to: designer satisfaction, designer advocacy and share. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • Marketing experience – brand or channel, building products / durables preferred
  • Experience with market research and data analytic projects.  Ability to design experiments, ask the right questions, and understand, interpret and present data / findings is critical. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel skills critical (basic functions / pivot tables).
  • Organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced environment.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels, internal and external.
  • Ability to communicate in all formats – including written and formal presentations.
  • Financial literacy including budgeting.


  • Master’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • Sales experience
