Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Sr Material Planning Manager at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the development, documentation, and implementation of all policies, processes, systems, and standards for the procurement of raw materials, indirect materials, inventory control, data processing and other spending at the plant level. Depending on the plant location, may have logistics and transportation responsibility.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement inventory management processes
  • Oversee material forecasting and scheduling
  • Ensure material flow to support operational efficiency
  • Assist critical problem solving and material expediting
  • Identify and implement process improvements

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Skills: Microsoft Excel, supplier management, international communication, multi-task and prioritization
  • Personal traits: self- motivated and directed, creative, achievement focused and team oriented
  • Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Experience with Oracle
  • APICS certification
