Are you an inspiring Marketing and creative leader with a talent for creating compelling stories through various media? As our Sr. Marketing Services Manager, you will collaborate with our Brand Managers, under the leadership of the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing, to develop the annual creative and marketing communications strategy plan primarily for our Hot Spring® Spas and Caldera® Spas brands.  You will be responsible for developing and managing marketing communications across all marketing channels, consumer focused social media marketing, dealer specific communications, web content as well as, leading creative direction for product brochures, digital and traditional ads, dealer showroom POP, product logos, photo shoots, video development, and printed marketing materials.


  • Can you bring a brand to life?  You will help develop our annual brand plans and execute on brand direction by leveraging your brand marketing expertise and through your team of direct reports.
  • Are you a strong team leader?  You will provide leadership and manage the day-to-day activities for a marketing team including Graphic Designers and Marketing Communications professionals.  This includes assigning workload, overseeing projects, managing performance, hiring, coaching, inspiring, and encouraging career development.  You’ll also be responsible for managing external resources such as, photographers, videographers, designers, writers, social media experts, and agencies while overseeing all associated budgets.  
  • Do you have excellent creative vision?  We will rely on your expertise to lead the production of traditional and digital marketing materials including, ads, merchandising, logos, product elements, etc. for multiple brands. You will also be responsible for ensuring all creative and marketing communication execution is consistent and on brand across all marketing channels (print and digital), and supervise all photo and video shoots including storyboarding, and provide creative support for our hosted dealer conferences, seminars, trade shows, etc. Additionally, you’ll manage the showroom merchandising program, including: design direction, vendor selection, price negotiation and purchasing.
  • Are you an expert in marketing communications and social media strategy? As part of our overall marketing communications strategy, you will lead the development of all content types including copy, blogs, videos, ads, internal and external communications etc. You will develop and execute our annual social media strategy and plan using internal and external resources to drive social content, communications, and social insights across all social media outlets, as well as, project management of all social media initiatives.  You will also work closely with our Paid Social media experts to align with all organic efforts. You’ll also conduct periodical audits and recommend appropriate strategic and planning changes as needed and lead your team to collaborate with our Customer Service teams to answer customer comments and inquiries across all social media platforms.
  • Are you customer-focused?  In this role, you will manage and continually optimize our dealer communication process and develop all dealer communications.  You will also have direct interaction with our dealer customers to train and educate our channel partners/dealers and the sales team in the effective use of all programs and materials.
  • Do you strive to keep current with trends and technology? You’ll be expected to stay abreast of the latest hardware and software resources for creative development, online social media trends, search engine optimization for content development, measure the effectiveness of our resources, and make future recommendations to optimize accordingly.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications is required.  An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Seven (7) years related experience in marketing services, including at least two (2) years of team leadership. Experience in leading design for both traditional and digital medias is required. Some experience working within a Marketing agency is a plus.
  • Experience leading and partnering with external partners such as, independent consultants, and marketing/advertising agencies, photographers, videographers, is a plus.
  • High proficiency level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), strong ability to manage desktop publishing software and hardware systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization, as well as, strong ability to work in a team environment and build successful working relationships are required to be successful in this position. Must be able to present to small and large audiences.
  • Must have portfolio of creative assets and marketing communications available for review.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (~5-10%) to photo/video shoots, dealer visits, conferences, trade shows, company meetings, etc.
