Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Sr Manager, Marketing Operations at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

Establish and manage a holistic supplier and service strategy for marketing operations. Align KPI’s, workflows, and supplier networks with key stakeholder needs to drive the production, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials and services for a $1B cabinetry company. Establish a strategy and performance metrics that enable marketing to maximize the impact of spend and resources.


  • Develop and execute a supplier strategy that allows marketing to deliver impactful projects on time, complete, and cost effectively
  • Leverage supplier partnerships to drive efficient and effective use of marketing shared services (print, display, merchandising, training, photography)
  • Manage shared resources across brands and channels; develop a supplier network to alleviate pressure from demand spikes
  • Develop and implement operational and organizational systems and metrics that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and quality improvements throughout marketing operations.
  • Identify cross-brand opportunities to better leverage spend and resources
  • Partner with brand and channel marketing to develop RFP’s for high impact displays, photography sets, printed materials, and other consumer / customer touch points
  • Project manage marketing initiatives
  • Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Oversee a diverse team including, but not limited to: Print production, design, photography, merchandising operations, and training
  • Build internal and external relationships with key stakeholders / vendors / customers


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, project management, supply chain, or related
  • Experience in managing multiple complex projects.
  • Understanding of marketing production fundamentals
  • Proven ability to establish metrics and systems to drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to grasp complex business environment and concepts and express them clearly
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
