Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Sr Financial Analyst (FP&A) position at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

Provides financial information, tools and analysis to support the functional departments business opportunities, effective financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and decision support as well as adequate internal control processes and driving process improvements.


  • Conduct monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual business plan preparation for all functional areas except Marketing
  • Provide analysis of departmental expenses and provide recommendations to drive decision-making, and expense control
  • Provide insightful analysis, with an external perspective, which considers risks and options
  • Participates in designing and implementing financial processes, controls, and enabling systems that will be critical to the future growth of the business
  • Identify and lead in the implementation of process improvement initiatives
  • Function as a financial business partner for all functional area department owners except Marketing
  • Analyze, validate and communicate the key performance indicators monthly in the strategy deployment process
  • Conduct weekly revenue reporting by channel, presenting the results to the CFO
  • Consolidate, validate and submit monthly forecast results to Masco Corporate using Hyperion


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • 5 years financial analyst experience
  • Prior general accounting, manufacturing finance, and/or audit/compliance experience
  • Prior profitability analysis (business, product, and customer), budgeting, financial analysis, profitability and expense analysis and control experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams
  • Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management


  • MBA
  • Prior ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, Hyperion)
  • Financial analyst experience with a medium to large, highly complex company
  • Building materials industry experience
