The Social Media Manger is responsible for the development social content, campaigns and promotions. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to plan, develop and execute social programs and campaign content across brand social channels.


  • Manage editorial calendar for both organic and paid social content

  • Manage content deliverables, timelines and oversee internal/agency review and approvals

  • Lead planning and development of on-going social programs

  • Lead activations for consumer sweepstakes and contests from concept to execution

  • Oversee legal component of consumer promotions including official rules development, state registrations and filing, prize fulfillment administration

  • Partner with internal teams and agency partners to plan and execute content needs for social including photo shoots, blog projects, static and video assets

  • Compile reports and analyze data as it relates to content and program performance

  • Develop social, web and CRM copy to support social efforts as needed

  • Schedule and publish ongoing content within Sprinklr SMM platform as needed

  • Assist with special projects as needed



  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in a social media marketing role

  • Experience with leading and managing marketing projects and programs, including multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with paid social media advertising is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college


  • Ability to independently and collaboratively plan, organize and complete projects

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively, with a sense of urgency

  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to communicate effectively across the organization and externally

  • Strategic thinker and problem solver

  • Strong creative writing skills

  • Strong copy writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong understanding of social media landscape and platforms

  • Knowledgeable of new and emerging digital trends          

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suites and/or software applications related to job functions
