Keeps production equipment operational at all times with little to zero down time; keeps the products flowing from milling to assembly to shipping.


  • Performs  general maintenance on all production equipment: 
  • Trouble shoots, diagnoses, and performs general maintenance on mechanical and pneumatic s on all production equipment along with general maintenance
  • Writes corrective actions and conducts preventative maintenance (PM)
  • Drives a forklift to load and unload products from one process to the next
  • Complies with company policies; work rules; safety requirements; quality standards; and applicable local, state, and federal legislation
  • Performs other related duties as needed and assigned


  • No supervisory responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum Education and Experience Required)

  • High School Diploma or GED  
  • Setup B:       One year of related experience  
  • Setup A:       Two years of related experience  (or “two years of experience as a Setup B?”)
  • Setup A.M.:  Three years of related experience (or “two years of experience as a Setup A”?)

  • Wrenches (Standard American Equivalent (SAE) and metric), screw drivers (slot and Phillips), socket set (1/4 and 3/8 inch),  Allen wrenches, forklifts,  pallet movers, computer, printers, copiers
