We are actively seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our team in Smyrna, GA!

Work Responsibilities:

As the Senior IT Analyst, you will:

  • Support, test, and analyze applicable business applications
  • Provide assistance with implementation of data quality improvement processes and initiatives
  • Provide suggestions to improve reporting best practices and work as part of team responsible for ongoing process improvement efforts
  • Translate business requirements and specifications into relevant business intelligence solutions
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers to ensure that reports, dashboards, and analysis provide insightful and actionable information
  • Design, implement, and deliver reporting, dashboards based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery
  • Mine, organize, and analyze retail POS
  • Monitors data issues impacting business
  • Data management, maintenance, integration
  • Create and maintain advanced ETL processes for easy data flow to various systems
  • Assist with logical and physical data modeling to support business intelligence initiatives
  • Monitor automated system processes for success and failures
  • Design and Enhance Retail reporting and report delivery for optimal analysis
  • Work with third party resources to provide strategy and roadmaps surrounding data warehousing, integration, and analytics
  • Understand various source systems and source data to integrate into current and new environments
  • Continuously improve reporting and analytics platforms
  • SharePoint site enhancement

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, statistics, or equivalent
  • Proficiency with SQL Server Business Intelligence Suite (SSIS, SSAS (Multi-dimensional and Tabular), SSRS)
  • Familiarity with Relational Databases and Data Structures
  • 2-4 years of experience with T-SQL and scripting languages
  • Experience with Visual Studio Business Intelligence Development Tools and SQL Management Studio
  • 2-4 years developing dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytics (Excel and BI Add-ins, Pivot Tables, PowerBI, Tableau, SSRS)
  • SharePoint experience a bonus
  • Comprehensive skills with MS Office Suite
  • General familiarity with VB.Net and logical programming concepts
  • Strong attention to details to call out data anomalies and ensure precise data
  • Adjust quickly and appropriately with changing business priorities
  • Ability to work well with team to learn and collaborate
