Job Description

The Security Analyst is responsible for assessing information risk, implementing security solutions and facilitating remediation of identified vulnerabilities for the Corporate office. The Senior Security Analyst is also responsible for assisting with security solutions at business units across the enterprise, thereby improving the security posture of our entire organization.


  • Research, design and implement security solutions and procedures for infrastructure and client systems
  • Responsible for supporting Security Operations functions including Threat and Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Alerting and Monitoring and Corporate Scorecard
  • Participate on the Masco Core Security Group
  • Provide security guidance to both technical and management resources across the organization
  • Provide policy guidance for clients, servers, applications and other systems both on-premise and in the cloud
  • Administer asset inventory and remediation in a vulnerability management platform
  • Research, communicate and oversee deployment of security patches to infrastructure systems and applications
  • Incident management including initial triage, assignment and monitoring of security incidents
  • Review and report on security event logs and network traffic using existing tools
  • Work with third party vendor managed service providers for additional security guidance and support
  • Manage and support firewall security appliances including firmware updates, URL filtering, site-to-site VPN and client VPN
  • Manage curriculum, users and reports for enterprise-wide security awareness training and phishing programs
  • Manage an endpoint security platform for the Corporate office
  • Manage an internal password manager tool for IT operations
  • Manage internal and external certificate services for Corporate systems
  • Support client network policies using 802.1x and a policy management system
  • Assist with other IT security initiatives as needed
  • Will require some after-hours support for scheduled maintenance or critical issues

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years’ experience with Windows Server and Client
  • 3+ years’ experience managing next-generation firewalls
  • Experience with all Active Directory services
  • Working knowledge and understanding of CIS Critical Security Controls or other common regulatory controls
  • Experience with identifying and analyzing security related incidents
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work on tasks independently and with others across functions and business units

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • CISSP, GIAC or related certification
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco switches and HPE Aruba switches, access points and controllers
  • Experience with Tenable Security Center or other vulnerability management solution
  • Experience with Aruba ClearPass or other network policy manager solution
  • Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Experience with SIEM tools
  • Cloud IaaS and PaaS (Azure, AWS, Office 365, etc.) experience
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) experience
  • Digital Forensics experience
  • General cryptography and encryption (EFS, PGP, BitLocker) experience
  • Linux, macOS, Android and iOS experience
