Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Sales Operations Manager position at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

JOB SUMMARY:

Liaison between sales and marketing for key retail customers. Position responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives through collaboration with the retail sales team.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to provide exceptional, high-level service to key retail customers.
  • Facilitate execution of key marketing functions including promotions, merchandising and displays by working with retail sales team.
  • Be a dual citizen of sales and marketing to ensure excellent and efficient communication of initiatives and priorities.
  • Manage key customer and vendor relationships to ensure on time and complete execution of display resets and customer training needs.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues within Masco Cabinetry business functions and practices.
  • Execute with a sense of urgency to find timely solution for the customer, including escalating and managing issue resolution with internal teams.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 5 years sales or marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent project management skills with a deadline orientation and focus.
  • Familiarity with the cabinet industry and product.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Ability to read cabinet and countertop layouts a plus.
