  • Scope/Summary

Provide secretarial support to China Sales Director; Support Sales Director and sales team on daily sales administration and execution of SOP and SMP; Contract management and distributor/dealer due diligence check; Sales analysis and reporting and project management for MOS; Support to sales activities; Other Duties may be assigned as required.
 

  • Essential Functions

  Manage calendar, coordinate meetings, arrange business travels for the Sales Director and assist in his business document preparation, translation, filing, and etc. Coordinate and liaison between the Sales Director and various departmental managers, corporate, and international departments and function as the point of communication for the Sales Director when he is traveling. Assist in background checks of distributor/dealer qualifications, manage and update distributor/dealer files and information on timely basis. Contract and chop management and coordinate with US contract service department for all the contract related activities. Support Sales Director in sales team’ T&E expense budget and control and SMP review and monitor. Monitor sales order process and be responsible for sales data collection, management, analysis and reporting. Support the Sales Director and China management team in preparing and presenting the monthly MOS reports and functioning as interpreter for the team at the meeting whenever required. Assist Sales Director to administer Baiyi daily operations by working with store managers and Baiyi accounting team including but not limited to registration, licenses and leases renewal, etc. Plan and organize sales meetings and trainings. On-site support to sales events and activities, e.g. Trade Shows, Deco Exhibitions, Designer Seminar, etc.  
 
Job Qualifications
  University graduate with bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with minimum 5 years of experience on a similar role of Sales Administration. Excellent English both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP or K3. Project Management experience. Logic thinking and possesses strong math and analytical skills. Detail, accountable, hands-on with strong service mindset and pleasant personality. Professional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Proactive attitude to be able to work both independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision. Well organized, multi-tasks and good at problem shooting and time management.  
 

  • Other Requirements

  Flexible with working hours, and willing to travel and work in weekends as needed.
