Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager! This is a remote position and is responsible for the management of Sales Representatives in the South-Eastern United States, supporting the Home Depot retail channel.

JOB SUMMARY:

Oversees the sales of Masco Cabinetry products for the Home Center Sales Channel within an

assigned region and expands existing sales to targeted market potential. Develops region-specific sales and marketing strategies and processes, and manages sales staff to develop strategic partnerships with store management personnel.


PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute overall sales strategies and tactics for assigned region, and directs

region-specific marketing initiatives.

• Provide and develop budgeting, performance and financial analyses to senior management

ensuring that revenue objectives are met.

• Hire, manage and evaluate assigned Sales Representatives.

• Ensure that sales objectives for assigned stores are met to build a growing and predictable

revenue stream which exceeds budgeted sales.

• Facilitate the interface with marketing and customer service areas.

• Coordinate the approach and process to be used with each store so that Sales

Representatives and project team personnel can work in tandem to support the sales of

products.

• Ensure sales and business forecasts demonstrate the development of existing business

account plan, and develop plans to execute sales forecasts.

• Research and keep abreast of industry trends, technological and process changes, new

developments, services and other general information related to the assigned customer and

market.

• Recommend new business strategies to continuously strengthen competitive position in

markets.

• Formulate sales and service plans and negotiates effectively with customer personnel within

assigned region on issues Sales Representatives cannot resolve.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business management.

• Previous management experience.

• Strong sales performance background.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills.

• Strong project management, organization and planning skills.

• Ability to build partnerships and work with all levels of the organization.

• Understanding of assigned region, associated industry, product and successful methods of

sales development within the industry.

• Thorough knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis and cost control practices.

• Ability to travel up to 30-50% and overnight.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• MBA.

• 5 years experience demonstrating proven success in prospecting clients, building strategic

partnerships, growing sales and closing deals within the retail industry. Experience must

include selling multiple product lines, solutions or services to senior/executive level

management.

• Experience in the kitchen and bath industry or Home Centers.
