We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager, United Kingdom and Eastern Europe to join our International Sales team!

SUMMARY

Are you a self-motivated, sales leader with the ability to drive business performance? As the Regional Sales Manager for the United Kingdom and Eastern European regions, you will provide consultation and support to spa dealers within your territory, by offering sales and marketing training to maximize their efforts as a spa retailer.  You will also proactively sell Watkins Wellness spa and accessory products through the dealer channel and expand the existing channel by actively seeking new, qualified dealers.  The ideal candidate will be home-based in England and will be responsible for the United Kingdom and Eastern Europe areas.

IS THIS YOU?

  • Are you customer focused? You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing Watkins Wellness dealers and potential customers.
  • Are you goal driven?  You will work to meet the annually established sales budget and sales targets by product category.  You’ll also work towards established goals for new dealer signings by seeking out new business in designated open markets, determining if dealer change outs are warranted and developing new signings into productive Watkins Wellness dealers.
  • Can you prospect for new business? You’ll be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities (prospecting) to establish new dealerships/selling locations in our Specialty Retail distribution channel.
  • Can you inspire others? You will present sales, product, and marketing training to existing spa dealers.
  • Do you have strong program management skills?  You will be responsible for ensuring sales and marketing programs are implemented throughout your assigned region, coordinating with International Sales, Marketing, Dealer Support, Logistics and other internal staff at Watkins Wellness USA, and Watkins Europe, to ensure timely exchange of information and effective utilization of products, programs and dealer support materials.
  • Are you solutions minded? You will effectively liaise with International Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Support, to ensure the resolution of delivery and/or technical problems that spa dealers may encounter in a timely manner.
  • Can you prepare reports? You’ll maintain accurate records and submit required expense and status reports on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, as required.
  • Do you enjoy travel?  You will travel approximately 60% of the time to visit our dealers, attend promotional events and trade shows, and seek out new business.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in wholesale and retail sales required.  The combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Experience working in the pool and spa sales industry experience and consumer products background is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English.  Any additional Eastern European language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications. Familiarity with the Apple OS/iOS platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct trainings to large groups of people is required.  Must be able to present effectively in English.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel at least ~120 days per year is required.  The ability to work to work on some weekends when needed is also necessary to be successful in this position.
  • Must have a valid passport, original birth certificate, and a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
  • Must be authorized to work specifically in the United Kingdom.
