  • Constant observation of all in-process manufacturing levels and evaluation of their adherence to good and established quality standards.
  • Constant evaluation of the present quality assurance procedures and the awareness of the need for improvement in these areas.
  • Intermittent periods of lifting up to 35 pounds, using fingers and hands to manipulate objects
  • Infrequent periods of bending, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing
  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Daily evaluation and disposition of any defective material from previous day’s production.
  • Coordinate activities with auditors and disposition of questions.
  • Assist the production team when needed.
  • Help develop new quality assurance procedures and testing.
  • Perform product reliability testing.
  • Make frequent inspections of all phases of the manufacturing processes and provide assistance where needed.
  • Follow-up on safety procedures to prevent employee injury.
  • Maintain good employee relations and communications.
  • Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping within the department.
  • Other duties as assigned.
