Milgard is seeking Production Workers to join our Fiberglass Pultrusion team in Fife, Washington on all shifts – Day, Swing, & Grave Shifts. As a Production Worker, you will have the opportunity to play an integral role in producing Fiberglass product for the leading window manufacturer in the Western United States. Production Workers will directly affect all aspects of the current operation, which includes safety, quality, productivity and performance.

The Production Worker is responsible for a multitude of functions within the department. Some key functions include:
Viable candidates will possess 2-3 years of work experience with 1+ years of production experience preferred. Also, knowledge of safe working practices is a plus.
Working in the production environment does require prolonged standing, repetitive motions – bending, stooping, pushing and pulling - as well as hand dexterity and strength. May be required to frequently lift up to 60 pounds. Work is performed in a warehouse facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
