A Service and Sales Process Improvement Manager job in Fife, WA is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. In this position, you will customer our Commercial Experience (CX) team while driving standardization with the Sales and Services teams as it relates to day to day functions. Salary is dependent on experience. Process Improvement Manager job responsibilities include:

  • Working on various projects that will bring enhancement to efficiencies and/or procedures for Sales and Service for the Milgard brand.
  • Help drive standardization within the Sales and Service teams as it relates to day to day functions.
  • Oversee the utilization of the Daily Management Board to ensure correct application and its effectiveness in identifying opportunities and driving perfection.
  • Coordinate and Facilitate various Lean events for CX Team (Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen experience).
  • Travel to the other manufacturing facilities

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Sales and Customer Service-related position
  • Prior experience in a Leadership/Management role
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related discipline; preferably engineering or the sciences. MBA or MS degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated operational leadership experience in manufacturing with a minimum of five years of broad operational experience.
  • Minimum of five years' work experience in lean and CI environments.
  • Accreditations in the areas of lean, quality, innovation and/or project management would be a plus.
  • You must have the ability to travel between 25% to 50% to the other manufacturing facilities.
