The Policy Analyst, e-Commerce is responsible to educate, monitor, enforce and communicate policy information both internally and externally to key stakeholders.  The successful candidate will drive development and enhancement of key Company policies.

This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing and outside vendors to track and monitor the market to ensure our Brands are being represented in accordance with Kichler’s policies.  This role will be instrumental in creating repeatable processes to communicate and track policy violations.  A key component of this role is ensuring policies are aligned with business goals and drive enhancements as necessary.

Job Specific Competencies:

  • Develops, manages, executes and analyzes key online reports and tracking studies related to online behavior
  • Works with the e-Commerce Team to determine needs and drive enhancements in the online channel
  • Anticipates research needs of the organization to support the Company sales and marketing plan for the online channel
  • Works cross-functionally to maintain and improve existing online initiatives and programs
  • Interprets research results, sales information, economic data, and market information to present to stakeholders including Executive Staff

Education /  Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Science or Math from an accredited College or University
  • Minimum of two (2) years related research and analysis experience
  • Expertise using Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and interface will employees at all levels of the organization
  • Must be detail oriented, persistent, process driven and demonstrate creativity in problem solving
