Purpose:

Delta Faucet Company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced human resources professional to support our Jackson, Tennessee facility.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary HR support for employees working traditional shifts with a typical working schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Ensures the consistent application of HR programs and processes; develops, administers and improves processes for hourly workforce
  • Develops creative recruiting and retention strategies
  • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending corresponding action plans
  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; mentoring and counseling managers and employees
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Facilitates recruitment, outreach and selection process and strategies, including workforce planning, recruitment events, new hire orientation and on-boarding to meet or exceed staffing goals
  • Executes employee engagement events, timely communication, benefit training, employee survey & action plans, community involvement, etc.

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of human resources experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse personalities
  • Demonstrated ability as a trusted HR professional that values confidentiality
