Delta Faucet has an exciting opportunity for an experienced human resource professional based at our Jackson, Tennessee location with responsibility for our largest employee base. The People Operations Manager role has responsibility for direct reports at assigned manufacturing locations, with close collaboration across all sites, to provide high quality, efficient, and repeatable services for the hourly employee populations. This is someone who keeps up with relevant policies, processes and trends to deliver standard methodologies that balance costs, with delivering business outcomes and a positive employee experience.


  • Ensures the consistent application of HR programs and processes; develops, administers and improves processes for hourly employees at partnered sites and in collaboration with all sites
  • Raises the hourly talent bar through establishing and maintaining programs in support of recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management and retention practices
  • Advises and coaches management in appropriate resolution of hourly labor relations issues while actively implementing measures to minimize such issues
  • Resolves employee dissatisfaction by investigating complaints and concerns; evaluating and offering possible courses of action; providing advice, guidance and direction
  • Leads their People Operations Partners in providing first line of support for hourly employees, HR questions or issues, life and career event support
  • Efficiently executes HR events: benefits enrollment, communications, employee survey & action plans, community involvement, employee appreciation, etc.
  • Supports and applies lean manufacturing programs and tools
  • Maintains full knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions to ensure policies, procedures, and reporting compliance
  • Provides leadership and talent development for their team of People Operations Partners
  • Broad business insight to coach managers and problem solve people issues to align with business goals
  • Metric performance such as: hourly time-to-fill and turnover, labor relations issues/resolution time, etc.
  • Travel expectations of approx. 0-20% and support for 3 work shifts and weekends

Education & Experience:

We are seeking individuals with a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of management experience in a manufacturing facility. You should have strong communication skills with the ability to influence at various levels. Someone who is agile, works well with diverse personalities, and can quickly and effectively handle varied situations as they arise. A trusted professional that maintains confidentiality.
