HOURS: Monday -Thursday 3:30PM-2:00AM


Responsible for planning and organizing teams for daily workload completion; measuring and tracking performance of associates to ensure we are operating safer, better, and faster. Ensuring a smooth and consistent operation within respected department, to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities for up to 25 associates in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Responsible and accountable for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these individuals or functional units.
  • Perform timekeeping and attendance tracking for hourly employees.
  • Has authority to undertake or recommend the following employment actions: hiring, firing, corrective action and performance reviews.
  • Aligns with management to complete projects, implement changes, and hold associates accountable.
  • Monitor, investigate and correct incorrect processes, issues and customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensure efficient use of labor; utilize appropriate labor management tools, reporting, tracking, etc.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and drive department metrics and procedures (safety, cost-per-carton, productivity, on-time fill rate, standard work, etc.).
  • Effectively communicate throughout the organization, set up and lead departmental meetings.
  • Investigate methods, new ideas, and projects for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate a Continuous Improvement mindset – through participation in events and activities that lead.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.)
  • 2+ years related leadership experience in a warehouse and/or distribution environment is required.

  • Advanced knowledge of WMS Systems, Big Box Distribution, and/or multi-channel retail fulfillment preferred.

  • Knowledge of (Warehouse Management Software, Time Reporting Software, Microsoft Office Software such as Excel and Word, Radio Frequency Devices, and Computer Skills)
