We are actively seeking an Operations Lead to join our team in Mooresville, NC!

Work Responsibilities:

As the Operations Lead, you will:

  • Lead on-time production of product
  • Supports quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance with 5S protocol
  • Communicate material needs for future capacity requirements
  • Support the Inventory Control System
  • Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas
  • Communicate all standards and requirements to new employees
  • Responsible for maintaining standard work documents
  • Follow all safety and processing procedures
  • Provide merchandising support including product display assembly, planogram management, product display management/maintenance, relationship building, and survey data collection

Diverse Skills and Experience That You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Ability and willingness to travel overnight as necessary, up to 30-40%
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of Inventory Management Systems
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks; ability to plan and think ahead
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong customer orientation
  • Possess excellent time-management abilities, high motivation and independence

    Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to perform varied and repetitive warehouse tasks including operation of forklift, hand truck and manual lifting of boxes between 50 – 100 pounds
