Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Operations Analyst at the corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

Analyze information from the field and Customer Service data to understand Voice of the Customer (VOC) concerns, complaints and costs. Provide reports to Operations presenting the information found from above mentioned analysis. Track defect rates, costs, etc., associated with projects driven from VOC information/data collection.


  • Development of information system based on collection of external information.
    • Defect information/rates
    • Replacement (REP) data
    • Costs of defects and field issues.
  • Work with Customer Service and IT to ensure information flow is viable, up-to-date, efficient and accurate. This information should mimic internal defect information so that VOC information/analysis marries up with internal information/analysis.
  • Development, implementation and improvement of metrics and KPIs for VOC feedback.
  • Analyze information based on archived information to provide reports which will allow Operations to focus efforts on opportunities found from data.
  • Development of reporting tool to clearly depict information gathered and analyzed from field issues or Customer Service data.
  • Meet with Operations, specifically Quality, to develop project/opportunity list.
  • Maintain and report to Operations External Cost of Quality information.
  • Assist maintaining control of corporate quality standards.
  • Assist development and distribution of Merillat and Quality color standards.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required. The successful candidate will be a team builder with solid interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must possess solid analytical skills to properly assess opportunities.
  • 5 years of Customer Service or data analysis work.
  • Must be fluent in MS Office applications including spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software and databases.
  • 0-10% travel will be required.
  • Ability to become certified as a 6-Sigma green belt.
