Job Summary:

Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in the mailroom and administrative offices. Assists executive assistants with daily tasks, meetings and possible projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and sort all incoming/outgoing mail. 
  • Pick up/sort incoming Fed-Ex/UPS parcel packages and notify recipient(s) of delivery.
  • Place outgoing mail/ parcel packages in the designated areas for pick up.  U.S. Post Office, Fed-Ex, UPS etc.
  • Maintain and ensure the central office supplies are suitably stocked and paper stations within the respective locations are supplied.
  • Utilize standard office tools, such as photocopiers and computers for the purpose of handling sensitive and confidential information relative to the company
  • Handling office tasks such as filing, printing, setting up meetings.
  • Assist executive assistants with meetings by ensuring room is clean prior to scheduled meeting and needed supplies and AV equipment are set up, placing food orders, ensuring supplies and AV equipment are set up, cleanup of meals, and ensuring room is clean when meeting is adjourned.
  • Assist HR department with activities relative to the department such as recruitment support.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Lift up to 50 lbs, Pushing/Pulling up to 50 lbs
  • Hand and eye coordination
  • Knowledge of Pitney Bowes Mailing equipment desired
  • Photocopy Machine in addition to routine office equipment
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook


  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Preferred experience: 3 – 5 years experience in Mailroom Operations, US Postal Service Requirements & Regulations OR Administrative Role working with executives.
