Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a New Account Coordinator at our Adrian location!

  • Establish and new accounts in various systems leveraging information received from field sales, pricing, contract review center, and/or customers.
  • Generate credit score and provide recommendation to Customer Financial Services management to establish appropriate credit limits and to evaluate risk.
  • Review total exposure for all existing customer set-ups.
  • Suspend accounts when requested and reassign credit limits as directed.
  • Proof prior days new account setups to ensure accuracy and completeness in compliance with established procedures.
  • Prepare and generate reports as needed to ensure compliance.
  • Pull exemption certificates as requested and ensure certificates are current per established procedures.
  • Research/troubleshoot change requests received for modification, validation and/or creation in system(s).


  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 2 years credit, call center, or analytical role experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail.


  • Associate’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Prior experience entering customer data into system(s).
  • Prior Credit evaluation experience.
  • Prior Unidata, and/or Oracle software experience.
