We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our American Hydrotherapy Systems (AHS) team!


Are you interested in working for a fun lifestyle and wellness brand?  This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and energetic team dedicated to supporting our award-winning hot tubs, including brands like Aquaterra® Spas, Lifesmart™ Spas, and other lifestyle brands like Realtree® Spas and Margaritaville® Hot Tubs while working across all types of leading industry channels.  As the Marketing Specialist you will report to our AHS Marketing Manager and work closely with the rest of the brand team as well as other internal and external teams to provide ongoing marketing and creative support to achieve business goals.  Your main priorities will include creating and executing on new content for our ecommerce websites, blogs, social media and customer websites as well as driving visibility of our products with mass merchants and key customers to ultimately aid in the growth of our products and overall brand strategy.    


  • Can you write engaging and compelling content?  In this position, you will collaborate internally with both Sales and Product Management teams to support various marketing efforts and promotions while also working with the Marketing Manager and the Digital Marketing Specialist in creating and executing our social and content strategy.
  • Is writing your forte?  You will be responsible for organizing, writing, programming and scheduling engaging messaging across all forms of media such as organic social content, videos, email and web channels, including automated nurturing and post-purchase emails.  This would include maintaining our ecommerce storefront with appealing and accurate content, current promotional details, and up-to-date product descriptions and assets.
  • Do you like to organize events?  You’ll assist the Marketing Manager in the management of point-of-purchase (POP), merchandising programs, and event logistics to include photoshoots, customer presentations, and other events aimed at driving sales to our ecommerce channels.      
  • Are you a planner?  You will develop, coordinate and effectively manage timelines for departmental projects including but not limited to photo shoot logistics of products, accessories and props, while assisting with set up, on-site support and tear down of products.  You’ll also establish and execute content calendars for segments, channels and campaigns, establishing an effective rhythm for ongoing communications and seasonal campaigns in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
  • Can you regulate expenses?  You will assist in monitoring, documenting and reconciling monthly budgets and expenditures.
  • Are you customer-focused?  You’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to mass merchants, customers, and licensing groups by fielding calls and emails, responding in a timely manner.  You will also communicate updates to our channel partners and internal Dealer Support team while managing dealer inquiries and special requests. 
  • Are you goal driven?  You’ll regularly monitor and report out on brand health key performance indicators (KPIs).


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related area.
  • Three to five (3 – 5) years related experience and/or training in marketing communications, content creation, content management systems, digital analytics, and/or SEO.  The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • High proficiency level in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Some experience with Adobe suite such as Photoshop, InDesign and other video editing software.
  • Experience with an email marketing system (i.e. MailChimp) and/or a marketing automation system (i.e. HubSpot) is a plus. 
  • Experience with E-commerce store management (i.e. Shopify) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment are required to be successful in this position.
  • This job may require some travel (5-10%) at conferences/meetings, trade shows, company meetings, etc.
