Masco Cabinetry has an immediate opening for a Marketing Product Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI!

Responsible for coordination and executional support of all marketing communication efforts supporting two national cabinetry brands and their related product lines.


  • Coordinate development and execution marketing communication materials to drive designer loyalty and consumer preference
  • Support product launches by assisting in commercialization planning, coordinating marketing material development, monitoring project management and tracking plan execution
  • Assist with the review and approval process for specification, design and execution of collateral, as well as supporting creative development by external agencies and materials production by Masco Cabinetry Marketing Services
  • Assist in the development, review and execution of merchandising centers and showroom displays, in conjunction with Masco Cabinetry Design Services, to ensure alignment with brand positioning
  • Support brand application to miscellaneous Sales and Channel ad hoc marketing requests for marketing collateral and other go-to-market materials


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • 5+ years marketing communications experience
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Experience working in collaboration with internal resources to build positive partnerships with cross-functional business teams
  • Experience maintaining marketing materials “library” to ensure accurate and current versioning.
  • Experience coordinating services from external resources including agency partners.
  • Experience with project coordination and budget tracking for multiple, concurrent project assignments; including ability to identify critical milestones and proactively troubleshoot issues resulting in mitigation of timeline delays or budget overruns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact in a concise manner with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel up to 10%


  • Marketing content development, editing and proofreading experience.
  • Retail or showroom display and merchandising materials experience.
  • Knowledge of the print production process for printed literature, large format graphics, or point of purchase materials
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management software
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce
