Delta Faucet Company has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Indianapolis Marketing team. This position will work crossfunctionally to lead go-to-market activities for a new product category. An essential part of this role is developing overall marketing strategy as well as planning and executing marketing tactics including collateral, customer programs, POP, product displays, and field training.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develops and executes channel planning and strategy for the new category
  • Develops and maintains multi-level relationships within key customer's organizations
  • Directs category specific display, merchandising and POS strategy
  • Analyzes and directs customer and consumer-facing support material, including literature, photography, and website experience
  • Influences brand paid, earned and social media plans
  • Executes marketing plans for new product launches
  • Develops, executes and measures customer-specific promotions
  • Performs category analysis and intelligence gathering
  • Develops, analyzes, and manages customer programs
  • Identifies and directs field training programs
  • Reads, summarizes and distributes notated articles related to area of responsibility
  • Manages activities of external agency partners to achieve above accountabilities

Education and Experience/Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Business or Marketing related field and 7+years of related marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience developing programs and/or marketing materials for Wholesalers, preferably within the Kitchen & Bath industry. Must be able to analyze and interpret data from various sources and apply to business needs. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the design trade and how they influence showroom purchase decisions – what their needs and expectations are, how they work with the showroom channel, etc. Insight into the luxury consumer purchase journey would be helpful as well. This person must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization as well as with customers. Experience working within or managing agencies preferred. This person must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment, effectively prioritizing multiple, often competing deliverables. Must be able to evaluate decisions based on the impact to the customer as well as the business and display a willingness and ability to provide world-class customer service. Frequent travel is required (40%+).
