Marketing Coordinator, Aquatic Fitness

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support our Aquatic Fitness team!


Do you want to work for a brand marketing product that improves lives?  This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team while supporting a wide variety of activities for our Endless Pools® brand.  In this role, your key responsibilities will include providing administrative support and dealer support, coordinating multiple projects, and other initiatives to aid in the growth and expansion of the company’s products and overall brand strategy.  As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll report to the Aquatic Fitness Brand Manager and also work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales team, and the Product Management team.


  • Do you have a passion for writing?  In this position, you will maintain the editorial calendar, write, and send out weekly communications to dealers and channel partners with clarity, speed, consistency and accuracy.  You will also often edit various marketing materials and announcements for grammar, spelling, punctuation and syntax.   
  • Are you customer focused?  This position will require a commitment to excellent customer service by fielding dealer calls and responding to emails in a timely manner. You will also communicate updates to our Dealer Support department while managing dealer inquiries and special requests.
  • Are you a team player?  You’ll provide administrative assistance to the Brand Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Product Managers and the Sales team. You will also provide back-up for and collaborate with other department team members to support various marketing efforts and promotions.
  • Can you multitask and prioritize?  You will assist the Brand Manager in supporting point of purchase (POP) and merchandising programs as a liaison for: cost, coordinating inventory, shipping and requisitioning purchases. You will oversee marketing material inventory by utilizing material requirements planning (MRP) reports, projecting dealer consumption levels and recommending reorder quantities along with issuing purchase orders.
  • Can you coordinate projects?  You’ll assist the Brand Manager with photoshoots, videography and other marketing asset preparation.  Separately, you’ll collaborate and support coordinating our National Campaign through all stages as well as take an active role in promoting and administering the kiosk program among our dealers.  These projects will require setting and effectively managing timelines.
  • Are you a social media guru?  You will work closely with the Brand Manager to execute the social strategy including maintaining the editorial calendar, producing and posting new content, and reporting on analytics. 
  • Are you technologically savvy?  You’ll get to use a variety of marketing tools such as our customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing software to champion and optimize our efforts related to B2B and B2C email campaigns, dealer issues, and national campaigns.  You’ll also audit and update all departmental websites including intranet sites, dealer extranets and ancillary sites for accuracy and relevancy.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related area and 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training.  The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • High proficiency level in Microsoft Office products such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with an email marketing system (i.e. EMMA) and/or a marketing automation/CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is preferred. 
  • Capacity and comfort level to adapt to new, different or changing requirements and ability to learn quickly when facing new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment are required to be successful in this position.
  • This job may require some travel (5-10%) at conferences/meetings, photoshoots, trade shows, company meetings, etc.
