Delta Faucet Company has a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Customer Service Specialist to Join our Jackson, TN location!  You will positively impact the customer experience collaborating with Area Managers and Production Planners identifying existing or potential service issues.  You will recommend solutions and lead corrective actions to ensure company success.

  • Report plant and distribution center delivery performance to goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Facilitate and provide technical support for customer-focused meetings
  • Develop and issue appropriate plant customer service reports on regular intervals, including slides for the monthly plant operations review.
  • Monitor customer past dues and assist in expediting constraints.
  • Drive continuous improvement problem solving activities to identify root cause and corrective/preventative actions.
  • Make quarterly stake holder visits to Indianapolis office; travel to other Delta Faucet plants as required. 

Education & Experience:

  • Associates degree and 1-3 years experience in a Production Planning environment is required.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be demonstrated.  High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (or equivalent RP/ERP) is required. 
  • Production planning, inventory management, warehouse management systems experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work through others to maintain and improve performance is required.
