Delta Faucet Company has an awesome opportunity for a Commercial Insights and Analytics leader to join our Insights and Business Development Team. As the leader of the commercial insights and analytics team, your team is responsible for providing market-facing information and actionable insights to key decision makers within Delta Faucet Company that are critical to run and continue to grow the business. You will be responsible for the team's roadmap supporting multiple channels of the organization.


  • Deliver commercial insights from complex data analytics, data mining of unstructured data and modeling that deliver deep meaningful insights to support business decisions.
  • Understand company strategy and put customer and market analysis and insights around the strategy to drive growth. Identify meaningful market-facing insights and trends and share with leaders to enable profitable go to market strategies.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and actionable analysis to internal clients (Product Management, Sales Segments, Channel Management, Brand, and Business Development Functions).
  • With partner input, lead the strategic vision for commercial business analytics in support of market-facing data driven decisions.
  • Marketing operations analytics (Marketing effectiveness analytics).
  • Lead team to collect, interoperate and frequently share economic, competitive and market intelligence.
  • Provide analysis in other focus areas including marketing effectiveness, pricing analytics, SKU rationalization, product obsolescence, consumption vs shipment tracking, etc.
  • Ensure best-in-class models and algorithms and demonstrate new techniques and technologies to support internal customers.
  • Lead, develop and align customer metrics and critical metrics with business results. Summarize and develop highlights to help others know the “so what” of the information.
  • Lead development of tools to be utilized across the team and drive adoption, training and capability building.
  • Anticipate what business leaders may not see and bring actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Effectively work with third party vendors/consultants to drive segment penetration work. Write RFP’s, lead cross functional teams to drive projects.
  • Partner with IT to drive Business Intelligence process improvements, tool selection, data architecture design, integration and maintenance.

Education and Experience/Skills:

  • Four-year college degree, BA or BS in business/economics/finance/engineering related field. MBA in Marketing/General Management/Strategy/Finance is helpful.
  • 5+ years of management experience in a Business Insights, Advanced Analytics, and Competitive Intelligence or Management Consulting/Corporate Strategy/Business Development role.
  • Experienced level proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with statistics and statistical software such as SPSS or SAS.
  • Firsthand experience with modeling, specifically price elasticity, promotional effectiveness, marketing mix modeling, and assortment optimization.
  • Strong social skills and demonstrated experience presenting to top management and internal customers.
